(From Clark Funeral Home)Dr. George E. Paul, age 87, of Neosho, Missouri, entered into rest at 6:43 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2021, at Medicalodges in Neosho. He was born November 12, 1933, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of the late Adlore J. and Gladys Mary (Perkins) Paul.
George was a 1953 graduate of Neosho High School and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Medicine. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving from 1954-1956.
Dr. Paul worked as a chiropractor in Grove, Oklahoma, retiring in 1998. After years of dedication to his profession and the care of his parents, in May of 2004, George married Naomi (Robinson) Moody. She survives.
In addition to his wife, Naomi, he is survived by his stepson, Bob Moody; stepdaughter, Martha Payne, both of Purdy, Missouri; and four step-grandchildren.
Under the direction of the Clark Funeral Home, a graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Neosho Memorial Park Cemetery, with Father Charles Dunn officiating. Memorial donations in memory of Dr. Paul may be made to St. Canera Catholic Church c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
