(From Derfelt Funeral Home)Patricia Ann Isley, age 72, passed away at 4:45 pm, Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Galena Nursing Center, Galena, KS following an illness.
Pat was born October 9, 1949 in Geary, Oklahoma. Her parents were Bill and Helen (Yount) Neighbors. She moved to Galena from Oklahoma as a young girl.
She graduated from Riverton (KS) High School in 1967. She worked several years as a cosmetologist, last working at Dazzel Salon, Joplin, MO.
She was preceded in death by one son, Burt Horner, her father, Bill Neighbors, and her mother, Helen McCullum.
She is survived by one son, Bobby Horner, Galena; one step-son, Jerry Isley, Joplin, MO; 4 grandchildren, Asiah Horner, Joplin, Brock Horner, Joplin, Megan Riley, Webb City, MO, and Hunter Reed, San Diego, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was entrusted to Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena KS for cremation. No services are planned.
