Fred Fell

Fred Harrison Fell, age 75 of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021.

Fred was born June 14, 1946 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to the late Robert and Verna (Foord) Fell. Fred graduated from Bearden High School in 1964. He continued his education earning his bachelors in Agronomy from Northwestern State College and his Masters in Agronomy from Texas A & M University.

On May 14, 1972 Fred was united in marriage to Judy Harper. Together they shared 49 precious years before his passing.






 

Fred began his career teaching various science classes at Bearden, Thornton, and Victory High Schools. In 1989 Fred began working as a recruiter in the trucking industry. A job which he loved. He was currently employed by Bennett Trucking. Fred loved all animals but had a special place in his heart for the chickens. 

When not working you could always find him on the family farm tending to his animals or in the garden. He was a man of strong faith and a servant of God. Fred never met a stranger and loved getting to meet and visit with new and old friends alike. He was always willing to help others and had a huge heart. Family was everything to Fred and he cherished the time spent at home getting to be grandpa and memories created with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Fred is lovingly survived by his wife, Judy; children, Jennifer Roland, Mary Yaghtin and husband, Afshin, Michael Fell and wife Crystal, Deborah Hollenbeck and husband, Rick, Timothy Fell and wife, Brittaney, Craig Wilcox; grandchildren, Madison, Landon, Ava, Israel, Alasdair, Trinity, Mira Grace, Henry, Cayla, Micah, Zeke, Aiden, Dakota and wife, Helen, Ricky, Benjamin, Whit, Christian and wife, Aryson, Mariah, Haleigh, Gabe, Hannah and Jacob; great grandchildren, Kamden, Piper, Reata, Mckinley and Kensley; together with a host of extended family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Holly Springs Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas with Pastor David Dillard officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation following the service.

Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
