Cathy Dawn Dooley, age 50 of Kansas City, MO passed away at 9:22 Saturday morning March 15, 2014 at the St. Lukes Hospice House in Kansas City, MO. She was born on November 22, 1963 in Joplin, MO the daughter of Donald and Patty “Hughes” Beard. She married Kevin Dooley on August 2, 2008 in Kansas City, MO. She worked for Frontier Leasing as an accountant.
She was preceded in death by her dad Donald Beard. Survivors include her husband Kevin of the home; her mother Patty Beard of Carl Junction, MO; two sons Ryan McGehee of Joplin, and Patrick Jennings of Joplin; two daughters Brittany McGehee of Seneca, MO and Candace McConnaughey and husband Cody of Neosho, MO; a brother Jeff Beard of Midland, TX; and four grandchildren: Colby and Conner McGehee, and Noah and Caleb McConnaughey.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday March 19, 2014 at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary with Pastor James Keezer officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 pm Tuesday at the Mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, in care of the mortuary. Arrangements entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
