Mark was born May 9, 1960 in Baxter Springs, Kansas.
He had worked as a painter for most of his working life.
Mark is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Frazier, Greenville, New York; his father, Russell Stepp and his wife, Virginia, Joplin; three brothers, Ricky Stepp, Kansas City, Missouri, Roger Stepp and Rodney Stepp, both of Miami, Oklahoma; and one sister, Joyce Stepp, Sayre, Oklahoma.
A memorial committal service is planned for Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
