Linda Beavers

Linda Carol Beavers, age 70, of Joplin passed away at 9:00 Friday morning March 14, 2014 at her home. She was born on December 22, 1943, the daughter of Ted and Marge “Stevens” Bradford. She married Edgar Beavers on February 3, 1961 in Cassville, MO. Linda worked in housekeeping at National Healthcare of Joplin and as a cook for several Hospitals in the area and loved to collect clocks.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and a grandson Michael Beavers. Survivors include her husband Edgar of the home; a son Mike Beavers and wife Belinda of Carthage; a daughter Sharrolet Henson and husband Brian; a brother Bob Bradford; three sisters: Janie Bateman, Pat Savage and Barbara Eaststep; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and one on the way.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday March 18, 2014 at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary with Rev, Jarel Burnside officiating, with burial to follow in the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7pm on Monday at the Mortuary. Arrangements entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
