Edna Loraene Klepper , age 92, Carterville, Mo. passed away Friday March 14, 2014 following a short illness.
She was born December 24, 1921 in Jasper County, Mo. to Lora and Oma Tubbs.
Loraene lived in Carterville for over 75 years. She volunteer two days a week at ARM and was very devoted to that ministry. She also worked with the local, state, and federal elections. She was a member of the Carterville Christian Church.
She married Ted Klepper in 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1992. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Carolyn Clayworth.
She is survived by 3 sons; Mallory Klepper, Alba, Mo., Linual Klepper, Cassville, Mo., Dwight Klepper, Carthage, Mo., 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home with Jim Marcum minister officiating. Burial will follow at the Carterville Cemetery.
