Hosea Waldon

Hosea Emmitt Waldon, 80, Neosho, went to be with his Lord on March 15, 2014 at his home, following a lengthy illness. 

Hosea was born Nov. 11, 1933 in Tuttle, OK and moved to Neosho in 1995 from Houston, TX. He served in the U.S. Army and worked as a processing engineer in the oil refinery industry. He was a member of the Chickasaw Nation; the Fairview Car Club; an avid hunter and fisherman; enjoyed tinkering in his garage with motorcycles and cars. He was a member of the Hart Baptist Church in Seneca. 

Hosea is survived by his wife, Ruth of the home; two children, Troy Waldon and wife, Becki, Rifle, CO and Renee Peterson and fiance’, Chris Ramsey, Oxford, OH; four brothers, Kenneth Waldon, Tuttle, OK; Burney Waldon, Bates, City, MO; Bennie Waldon, Independence, MO and Noel Waldon, Wilmington, NC; two sisters, Barbara Eichorn, Dennison, TX and Julia Carnes, Coweta, OK ; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Dominique, Megan, Brandon, Joshua and Brittany; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
