Bryane Evans Friend, 44, Neosho, died Sept. 28, 2016 at her home.
Bryane was born Aug. 23, 1972 in Morris, Illinois, the daughter of Bobby and Candyce (Evans) Smith. She moved to the area in July, 1985 from Oklahoma. She worked as a dispatcher for XPO Logistics and volunteered at the Newton County Relay for Life.
She married Mark Friend on Oct. 16, 1992 in Miami, Oklahoma and he survives. She is also survived by a son, Paul Friend of Stella; her father, Bobby E. Smith of Neosho; two brothers, Lenny Smith and Kelly Gresham and two sisters, Bobbie Bohner and Kerry Weldon. She is preceded in death by her mother, Candyce Smith and brother, Stanley Smith.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
