Timothy P. Warren, age 57, of Joplin, Mo. passed away at 8:53 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2016 at Freeman Hospital West following a sudden illness. Tim was born January 11, 1959 in Joplin, Mo. and returned to Joplin in 2015 after serving as a Pastor for over 30 years. He held ministries in Mo., Ks. Ok. and Az. Tim was a graduate of MSSU in Joplin and also attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Diamond, Mo.
Tim married Deborah Harris Dec. 19, 1981 in Webb City, Mo. and she survives. Additional survivors include a son, Leighton Warren and his Fiance’, Jennifer Hart, Joplin, three daughters, Lynee Warren, Springfield, Mo., Le Anna Tillman and husband James, Joplin, and Lyssa Warren, Joplin, his Step Mother, Carolyn Warren, Joplin, one brother, Dennis Warren and wife Terry, Jefferson City, Mo., one sister, Julie Crow and husband Richard, Bentonville, Arkansas,
two grandchildren on the way, and three step grandchildren. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Robert and De Etta Warren.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Mason-Woodard Chapel with Rev. Ron Crow and Rev. Kyle Beverlin officiating. Burial will follow at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Monday at the Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary of Joplin, Mo.
