Linda Grace Stuart, age 69 of Joplin, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Joplin Gardens following a short illness.
Linda was born May 14, 1947 in Modesto, California to Allen Dennis Stuart and LaVonne LaValley Stuart. Linda graduated from Escalon High School, Escalon, California. She worked as a secretary for school administration but really was the ultimate mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her mother, LaVonne Stuart of Riverbank, California; daughter, Christy Arnce and husband, Bill of Joplin; sons, James Eagles and wife, Denise of Joplin, Jeff Eagles and wife, Jennifer of Modesto, California, Kevin Eagles of Joplin; sisters, Yvonne Cremer and husband, Mike of Leavenworth, Washington, Diane Langley and husband, John of Plumas Lake, California; brother, Dennis Stuart and wife, Toni of Kingman, Arizona; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren plus many extended family and friends.
Linda is preceded in death by her father, A. Dennis Stuart.
Per Linda's wishes, no services are planned and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
