Norma Gardner

Norma Gardner, 82, of Noel, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. Arkansas.

She was born on March 18, 1939 in Jane, Missouri to the late, Luther Benjamin and Marjorie Fern (Jones) Lewis. 

Norma married Loren Dale Gardner, Sr. on March 22, 1957 in Pineville, Missouri. She was a queen kite flyer; enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables, embroidering, in which she was considered the world’s best. Norma was a hard worker all of her life; her most cherished moments were the time spent with her family.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loren Dale Gardner, Sr.; a sister, Betty Sharon Martin and a brother, Dennis Lewis.

She is survived by her children, Lorna Lowe and husband, Terry of La Vernia, Texas, Laura Gardner of Susanville, California, Linda Dyki and husband, John of Pineville, Missouri, Loren Dale Gardner, Jr. and wife, Michelle of Elkton, Oregon, Luther Gardner and wife, Kathy of Pineville, Missouri; two brothers, Jerry Lee Lewis and wife, Lilly of the Kansas City, Missouri area, James David Lewis and wife, Caty of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Donna Peck and husband, Bo of Anderson, Missouri; grandchildren, Joshua, Jenny, Jessie, Leslie, Savannah, Avery, Aaron, Andrew, Scotty, Brandi, Sylvia, Roseanne, Hazel and Nathanial; a passel of great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Norma.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Anderson Chapel of Ozark Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service in the Pineville Cemetery in Pineville, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home.
